Pros

Interesting work- everyday is different. Team approach to job.

Cons

Management is in a bubble.

Advice to Management

Thin out mid-level management. Really listen to your frontline people. As it stands, they say they want input or that they are listening but no one sees any evidence that anyone is actually heard.

    Pros

Some really great people at all levels.

    Cons

Politics rule, pay increases infrequent and don't keep up with COLA. Too many levels of management. Two managers to manage three employees and they wonder why costs are too high.

    Advice to Management

Draw on your talent pool, listen to your people. If you want to cut costs look at cutting that redundant layer of management.
