Pros

Arlington, VA is a pretty good location. Perhaps if you find a good paying position it might be a decent transaction.

Cons

It's not the most organized of companies to say the least. If management at least knew what AES does that would help in me telling you what it does. It's just a big shell company for other companies. So in reality AES is just a name. I would imagine the work is rather different depending on where you happen to be.
