“An ethical employer in a sometimes questionable industry”
Current Employee – been working at AETEA
Pros – The people are given a chance to succeed in their own way. Employees are not micromanaged and are able to determine the best way to succeed. Tools and management and team support is excellent.
Cons – AETEA is a small company and there is not a lot of room for advancement; however, they are a career focused organization and believe in their employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
