Huge, but a great work environment with driven employees sharing in building company success.

I worked at AGCO as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

Excellent benefits and pay; good management structure; opportunities to build a career, travel, develop skills; good facilities and resources for employees.

Cons

AGCO is just so big that it is easy to get lost or stuck in the grind of daily work. Those driven by upward mobility will likely find it, but if not, you could be stuck in the same desk for years. Also - employees do not work together enough - too many individual projects.
