I have been working at AGLA full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – When you are doing the job well, you are left alone to get it done. When you have struggles, there is a team to help you learn what you need to be successful. Great training, products, and compensation.

Cons – Its a hard job if you work it easy and an easy job when you work it hard.

Advice to Senior Management – National Advertising Campaigns.
