I have been working at AGLA full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great Products, Company and Employees really care about the client. They want to make a difference. The products are the second to none and really sell themselves.

Cons

Not enough field training, especially for new to the industry agents. Complicated processes. ( although that is starting to change, we will see how it goes) Most agents right now are not making enough to live on Insurance sales alone. (Economy? we thinks so)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get it together, and be consistent! Get out in the field again! Show by example :)
