AHS – “Been here 8 years. Stressfull job, but management does everything they can to assist you with any issues you are having”

Pros

Time off benefits. Great feedback and recognition from management. Pay is comparible to other companies in same field.

Cons

The only downside to working at AHS is the stress. Customer's can be very angry at times and it is your job to assist the customer in resolving their issues.

Advice to Senior Management

The only thing I can think of is more communication across the board at AHS between the different departments in regards to changes in policy or other issues.
