Pros

The customer service department genuinely strives to deliver a great experience to their customers and the compensation and benefits are above and beyond for a call center. Management strives to hire people who are resourceful, agreeable, and hard working. Management and colleagues are all fair and kind (no office drama here). Bonuses are offered in various different categories. There is a lot of promotion from within.

Cons

To deliver a positive experience, customer service reps are extremely micromanaged, and constantly scrutinized. Red tape and bureaucracy are thick in order to catch mistakes.

There is a back breaking obedience to service measurements.

I believe the biggest complaint is that it is extremely frustrating to work hard, deliver a great experience to customers, but be constantly criticized.

Finally, the knowledge an employee is responsible for being aware of, can at times feel crushing.

Advice to Management

There has to be more leniency in the way customer service reps are held accountable.

    Pros

    Decent pay and bonus options.

    Cons

    Very little vacation, overly strict management that generally did not trust employs. Lack of trust created a very negative atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

    People want to do their jobs well, don't treat employees like naughty school children who are lazy and cut corners, unless that's what you want them to be. QA needs to relax.

    Pros

    Good benefits but health insurance is expensive and depends on how much you make.

    Cons

    Very political environment. If you do not have a job you can look for a parking place here. Do not quit your current job to go to AICPA. You will be sorry. You are judged not on your work performance but on your looks etc. Open communication is not tolerated and HR is run by a bunch of fools.

    Advice to Management

    No advice since the culture will not change.
