“Honesty is the best policy”
Former Employee – worked at AIESEC United States
Pros – culture,people and the network.
It is a NGO and highlights FUN so much!!!! You will enjoy being a member of this organization.
Cons – No salary is paid to normal members, unless you are working for oversea AIESEC community---of course on basis that they hired you to do that.
Advice to Senior Management – Come with member development program and rewarding system. Retain the old members. Project long-term strategies in your community and seek professionals to tackle some jobs.
