ProsBrand Name and respect in the market you get being an employee of this huge financial services giant. Lower work load most of the times can be good for someone starting a family.

ConsLimited Career Growth Opportunities for junior employees and lack of senior management oversight in ensuring their development. No rewards for hard work.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove people development, identify high potential employees and work towards development. Encourage good work and reward them positively. Increase benefits and compensation.
