good learning experience in the sector, lots of training, challenging interesting work

Cons

micro-managing, hierarchical, lack openess, old fashioned culture

    once you learn your position it's a pretty laid back job even though you are kept busy the whole day good benefits and time off

    Cons

    need a better training program, poor raises for employees that are not in management
