    Pros

Great benefits. Platform for employee input and suggestion

    Cons

Too top heavy. Not many upward opportunities for growth only lateral. You have to be a manager to be paid what you're worth.

    Advice to Management

Consider employee perspective and value that they are the ones that keep business going.

    Pros

Good amount of vacation days, if you don't use sick days

    Cons

Over the last couple of years they have removed merit increases, decreased advancement opportunities, increased workloads and decreased health benefits, ultimately reducing employee pay further. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

    Advice to Management

Remove some of the multitude of layers and get in touch with how the front line workers continue to struggle to service the clients. Go into detail about how you are reporting profits: layoffs, outsourcing, and having your employees pick up the tab.
