Conslayoffs, transferring jobs overseas, no raises, performance review is a difficult process,

Advice to Senior ManagementRetain employees in U.S. And provide them with proper training.

    Pros: Free lunches, dinners, 2 to 3 times per week. Free Starbucks, sodas, Snapple, gourmet coffees, teas, advil, tylenol, sugar,… Cons: AIG-No accounting and compliance controls, cronyism, not a meritocracy; It's a Zoo-GSA gone wild.
