    Pros

Good pay in claims department. Co-workers are great.

    Cons

HR is worthless. No minorities in upper management. Forced ranking. No training. Toxic environment. No teamwork. Endless work hours to meet goals. Unreliable computer systems. All show and no substance when NY in town. Good old boys network at the top.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and do not be punitive when they speak. Build futures for people and the company. Do not allow regimes. Allow talent.

    Pros

The Brand, flexibility of product design. The company has a well-known brand and the marketing is engaging, primarily for the property and casualty market

    Cons

Terrible Salary. Mediocre benefits. Unrealistic sales goals and weekly broker call expectations.
You are charged for the company car and cellphone.

    Advice to Management

Don't mislead candidates re: compensation, don't allow territory directors to micromanage, don't allow profanity to be used by management in corporate meetings.
