I have been working at AIG full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Overall good working environment with inside and outside IT. Generally helpful attitude to get the job done, even when priorities are not lined up between the two groups. In process of revitalizing their technology stack, so you can be exposed to newer technologies and build systems from the ground up.

Cons

For last few years, in a constant state of change. Lots of pressure for increased profits and decreased costs. Changes in work and personnel mean increased workloads.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep driving for results, but minimize large shifts in priorities as there have been so many over the years.
