Pros

The company do all things by law. And the employment is almost permenet.
People in there are all nice guys.

Cons

Promotion is very defficult for female staff.
The culture of the company is very boring.
The pay is not compatetive.
There are many work to do.
 The Company is too big.

Advice to Senior Management

Please take care of your female employees.
Reorganizaton maybe helpful.
Manegement class is heavy burden of the Company. Cut half of them.
