ProsGreat depth in insurance products and exposure to learn new insurance products. Company is trying to change the way it does business by measuring and assessing KPIs

Consmyriad IT systems, bureaucratic, not very nimble. Less alignment between IT goals and business goals results in process inefficiencies

Advice to Senior ManagementMake IT a business enabler NOT a resource hogging cost center

    Pros: Telecommuting option a few days per week, good benefits, capable… Cons: There are too many layers of upper management and bureaucracy. There are not enough social activities to bring employees or departments together. The hiring process… Advice to Senior Management: Improve the hiring process. Don't make a qualified consultant wait years before converting them.
