    Benefits, PTO and working from home

    Cons

    Management, computer systems and some departments lack true underwriting. If you're not a full file underwriter and you enjoy underwriting make sure that you are on the full file underwriting team.

    This company promotes heavily based on who you know and less on who is the right fit to be a leader.
