I worked at AIG full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good place to interact with different groups, both internal and external. You will learn different responsibilities of each groups. The company offers better salary than average market of the same role in NYC.

    Cons

Some roles are moved far from NYC so getting to work is hard. It might not be cost efficient since more people are quitting their job and finding another candidate cost time and money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be more transparent on their plans of relocation and encourage people to grow and find jobs within the company.
