Pros

Pay was good. They offer a base salary and commission. Extensive Training at the corporate office, somewhat respected their employees.

Cons

Micromanaging, They have had quite a few layoffs in the past couple of years, The ARD's and RD's can be somewhat sneaky at times - not keeping you in the loop...

Advice to Senior Management

Be open to your employees - you never know when you will be the next one hit by hard times - it's rough out there!
