I worked at AIRCOM International
Pros – During my 2 years at AIRCOM, I found the exceutives at both the Pakistan office and regional Dubai office to be attentive to our needs and suggestions. The benefits and salary where competitive and as employee, you felt that the company would not abandon you when a particular project had ended.
Cons – My only complaint would have to be that very few AIRCOM software trainings arranged for the employees
Advice to Senior Management – More focus on employee technical trainings
