AJ's Fine Foods – “Ajs is great. If you ever work at Ajs and people know they already treat you differently.”

Pros

Ajs has many people that have been with the company for years some 5 years others 35 years. What they all have in common is that they enjoy working there. The pay is good the wealth of knowledge is priceless. I became a water specialist and specialty soda specialist who other than Ajs to teach that.

Cons

The only downside is the with some people working there it can sometimes be difficult to move up because of seniority.

Advice to Senior Management

Well the only advice I can really offer is that they should more often acknowledge the accomplishments of their employees.
