Low Pay. Overworked

ProsEgos and politics are at a minimum.

ConsThey seem to only care about their image in terms of the level of "innovation" in the work.

You're expected at the office by 9:30 AM regardless of the fact that you left at 3:00 AM the night before. If you stand up for yourself by valuing work life balance you're looked at as "not being a team player."

Advice to Senior ManagementRealize that there is more to life than winning awards.
