AKQA Media Planner in San Francisco, CA:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Top notch talent, fun people, industry recognition, laid back culture

Cons

Media is not appreciated or understood at AKQA. Creative rules the roost & gets all the recognition.

Advice to Senior Management

Give recognition to all departments, not just creative. It takes more than just a copywriter and an art director to make advertising.
