AKQA – “A great place to kick off a career.”

Pros

Great place to start, you work on a lot of cool interactive projects. Sometimes people there complain about working on occasionally boring work, but AKQA is doing some of the best digital creative work in the world and are winning big awards now.

Cons

Sometimes late nights and weekends. They were a little cheap when it came to benefits, but I hear it's gotten better.

Give better benefits.
