I have been working at ALDI full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Great pay with great benefits for full time employees since they are the only ones that gets the benefits after 90 days.

Cons

A LOT of work you actually work for every dime you make

    Excellent pay. Many opportunities for advancement. Great benefits package!

    Suprisingly exhausting work. No guarantee of hours, even when full time.

    Pros

    The good and pay and benefits. Co workers are friendly and work as a team

    Cons

    Very stressful and laborious. A work day can be very long at times up to 16 hours.
