Pros
ALDI allows an employee to grow within their own strengths and weaknesses. They let an employee know exactly what is expected.
Cons
Communication seems to be the real struggle and the lack of technology doesn't help. These two areas are being addressed in a manner that leads me to believe they will be resolved quickly.
Advice to Senior Management
Growth has always been a focus for ALDI in the US. Keep up the good work with the slow conservative growth.
