Pros

VERY competitive wages and benefits. Management genuinely cares, and there is an open door policy.

Cons

Communication, training, and general competence of the leadership above you. Promotion opportunities from cashier to store manager and from manager to DM are limited.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to modernize, please.
