ALDI – “Opportunity at Aldi”

I don't know if it is because Aldi hires DM's straight out of school or what but every post seems to say that the work is demanding. They seem to think that Aldi is wrong in their high expectations. Dude, you make over 70 grand and have a company car! Most of the DM's I know, including myself, work 60+ hours per week, some weekends, don't have a company car - maybe a car allowance, have 10 - 20 stores, and do it all for $50,000. And never complain, it's just the way WORK is,especially in a down economy. Everybody is feeling the crunch. I would do your job for $50,000 with no car or car allowance - TODAY! These young folks need to get a grip and stop complaining about not having a life. Their total compensation package is over $100,000 and that's a lot of money, especially right now. You have great job. But you know what they say, "you don't know what you've got until it's gone." Good luck.
