Pros

Aldi is a growing business providing employees with a great deal of employment stability. The job is very demanding but you are compensated well for your effort.

Cons

The possibility of promotion is severely limited. Additionally, the lack of technology used within the company makes for poor communication between corporate headquarters, management, and staff. The hours worked are similar to other retailers (a negative in my opinion).

Advice to Senior Management

The Aldi Management Team is doing a great job capitalizing market share in these difficult economic times. Cautioned expansion coupled with an improvement in efficiency by increased use of technology should lead to continued success.
