Aldi has a great benefits package along with the opportunity to grow and develop. They give you a great deal of responsilbilty.

Cons

The work and stress level can be high. You have to be well versed in the game, you can't just wing it.

Advice to Senior Management

They already do a great deal, maybe having a bigger emphasis on tenure and/or retention would allow for great stability and job security.
