Pros

Pros:

Good pay - $45,000
store manager alright
401k and healthcare benefits

Other then that , not so much pros.

Cons

They work the hell out of you, squeezing every dime you make. 60 hour weeks are not uncommmon. Its a complete hell from the Dms.

Advice to Senior Management

HIRE REAL PEOPLE, not college students for upper management. They need some real life experience, not some fresh out of colluge punks
