ALLTEL – “all is well that ends well”

the job over all was not the worst over all the company had allot of growing to do with leaders and supervisors. the management was not bad at times i wondered if they knew what they were doing or what was going on. the environment was good, happy, and comfortable to go to every day. there was a major change in practice after the buy out weeding out allot of the over all hiccups in the company I’m happy as an employee. feel there should have been changes made prior to buy out.

Cons

favoritism lack of knowledge for the people that are in leading positions.

work on the ethhics of the company leaders to show employers what a manager should do
