being involved in most aspects of all projects. Great team environment. Folks listen to each other. We all took (and take) a personal pride in the job we do. This whole merger thing really has everyone down and productivity has suffered. It's a lot like going to a funeral everyday.

Cons

Long hours and high job demands. The depends on the work group you are part of though. My folks work days, nights, shifts, weekends, etc... The biggest downside right now is that we know it will all be over very soon. Many of us spent many years building what became a great company and watching it come to an end is very sad.

Advice to Senior Management

It's been nice knowing ya'll - Most have been a real pleasure to work with. With the LR campus getting chopped pretty hard, I'm sure most of my familiar names will be gone,
