Getting Prepped for a Sale

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsPeople are genuinely nice, good work life balance, brands are solid and have a lot of respect in the marketplace.

ConsNo one knows the parent company so one is always explaining what ALM is, lots of new senior management, including a new CEO. Company is clearly getting ready for a sale so cutting costs whenever and wherever possible.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees with respect and you will get much more out of them.
