Former Employee – worked at ALSTOM full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great group of people to work with.
Many employees have been with the company for over 20 years.
Good work life balance in most areas.
Cons – Slow to change as a result of many people having more than 20 years experience.
Advice to Senior Management – Solicit more feedback from the local business units to see what is going on at the ground level of the organization.
