Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Chicago, IL

Prosflexible hours, access to top minds and contacts in the health care industry, opportunities for long-term career growth, good perks

ConsNo collaboration, very stuffy environment, frustrating lack of progress on projects - stifling bureaucracy. Crappy cafeteria food. Many employees not invested in the mission.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management must be willing to go out on a limb to make some genuine progress in the world of health care. A "protect your turf, protect your doctors" approach is not going to continue to draw talent or be sustainable.
