    While working at AMC you can expect to work flexible hours, watch movies for free. You will meet interesting people while developing essential work skills with great advancement opportunities .

    You will be required to work nights and weekends and most holidays, many guests that come to see movies will be rude and unfriendly

    Quick process, Basic questions, Easy Quiz, Decent pay and plenty of perks from free movies heavily discounted foods and immediate family is able to watch free movies as long as you work there.

    Cons

    Because it's a theater teens and colleges kids come to see thrillers or cult movies while under the influence of drugs and alcohol which makes it hard to deal with them

    When you hire someone, keep the lines of communication open and make sure that responsible employees are involved in the interview process so that important information isn't lost
