I worked at AMC Entertainment part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working with people your age, free movies, schedule flexibility.

    Cons

Pay, management, schedule swaps (you HAVE to find a replacement), feels like you do a lot for nothing, AMC Stubs pitching is annoying and required.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen up and listen to your employees.

I worked at AMC Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good employee benefits like free movies and cheap concessions.
    Nice location in Danbury.
Customers are usually pretty fun and laid back.

    Cons

    Most employees seem miserable.
Pay is extremely low with no hope of promotion/moving up.
    Poor management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more mindful of your individual full-time employees instead of hiring a massive amount of young part-timers who you can pay less.
