Pros

The free movies. No question. The hours are pretty flexible for high school and college age students as well.

Cons

Don't expect to get promoted (unless you are a really good at puckering up). Even if you have an idea that could potentially save the company thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of dollars a year...no one cares. No one listens. Even if you're in management...no one cares. Only GMs have power. There are no checks and balances. Their word is law and no one ever questions them as long as the financial numbers are positive.

Advice to Management

Care more about the people who actually run your company. Not the GMs, not the managers, the film crew. They are the backbone of your company, but yet they are ignored in favor of GMs (some of which are vulgar, vile and corrupt) simply because the GM is assumed to be the person who should know best.

    Pros

Part time. Understanding of school as a student. Free movies.

    Cons

Companies doesn't care much for employees. They focus on profit only and will eliminate positions whenever they feel like it leaving you in the dust.

    Advice to Management

Be more compassionate to employees. It's not fun going to work knowing that your company doesn't care about your values.
