  1.

Enjoyable, easy to be engaged, but little to no freedom.

    Pros

The best part was the crew members and engaging guests.

    Cons

The worst part is probably compensation or just being watched like a hawk at all times which tends to bother me because I am a trustworthy employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leaving trained, tried and true, employees to do tasks without constant guidance would be beneficial!

    Pros

If you love free movies then this is the place for you!

    Cons

Management here was very unprofessional and you'll 9 times out of 10 be scheduled to work the same shift. They don't offer you any opportunities to learn other positions. They just keep everyone in one set place, and on top of that the theater was gross with bugs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to hire professional managers to run the theater, because the ones at mines were far from it. Unless you were a managers favorite they treated you like crap and didn't talk to you with respect.
