Cons

As with all big corporate companies, the most efficient use of its engineering team is to place them into unchanging roles that repeat again and again doing the same tasks.

Advice to Senior Management

Promote those that deserve the promotions and offer better compensation for working there. Create a system such that employees get the benefit of learning different things and experiences.
