AMD Former Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

very technical, talented staff
good to be under-dog and compete with Intel
great place to learn and grow
great rotation program

Cons

some mis-executed projects allowed Intel to catch up and advance too far now

Advice to Senior Management

try to keep talented staff or AMD will be gone
