Managment puts resources in right place when asked for. Encourages innovation and helps with lowering the time to market for key products.
Cons
Low pay compared to similar jobs elsewhere. Too much time spent in meetings and unnecessary discussions. Too much email and phone meetings.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of the flab in mid- and low- management. That is critical for streamlining the company and getting work done.
