AMD – “The Pros and Cons”

Pros

Good Company environment. Cafeteria is great. Employees are friendly. They give back to the community which is great. Nice buildings.

Cons

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Better communciation needed between departments and management. Everyone seems to be working on their own project.

Advice to Senior Management

You need to connect the dots. You need someone at the helm to see that the projects are related to each other and that they make sense.
