Pros

- co-workers are fairly good
- there is a degree of openness to sharing knowledge among colleagues
- flexible work time

Cons

- felt like there were too many managers and not enough workers
- upper management not in synch with employees
- management do not communicate effectively

Advice to Senior Management

- make the structure less vertical
- there seems to be managers for everything who need to tell others what to do when there aren't enough people to get the work done
