To get anywhere in PEO, you need to fit into one of two rolls; be on a high profile project or work harder than your peers to be compensated the same.

Advice to Senior Management

I would let AMD's leadership know that they need to look at who is earning their money. Take care of your talent, treat them well or you will always be second to Intel.
