Pros

In my position, I rarely have to deal with customers. 20% discount on rooms and trucks. There is flexibility in the schedule.

Cons

The pay is very low, little room for advancement. When things are going well, you will have get more hours than you want, but when business is down, you will be lucky to get 2-3 hours a week!
