    Pros

Co-workers. Have met some good, fun people/customers. Being able to talk and joke with people makes your shift more enjoyable. Group parties are the best to work...set it up, serve, be attentive, break it down (clean up) and everyone is happy. Also, the tip is included. The (majority of) league bowlers are another of my favorites...they can be challenging to deal with but, if you're not easily rattled, they can also be some of the most enjoyable to serve.

    Cons

Extremely disorganized. Lack of communication on all levels. Very low wages, especially when you factor in the hours and work requirements.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with respect and consideration.

    Pros

5 day work weeks most weeks

    Cons

Long hours, Unrealistic Bonus potential, too many customers with entitlement issues, no room for advancement if u are unwilling to move a great distance away. Constantly freezes wages so staff including managers don't receive raises. No incentives to d anymore then the minimum expected

    Advice to Management

Hire more people! We run too thin all of the time for what is being paid which is minimum wage for non management staff. Staff can receive up to 3% of a raise once per year which equals about 22 cent potential increase. We will never keep staff with this structure
