    Pros

The company is growing very fast, acquiring more hotels and getting to more destinations all the time. It is well structured and organized.

    Cons

The work load can be oversaturated if you are not fast enough or if you don't the have experience within the company. The company offers good benefits but the policies are not always applied in all the hotels.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make every policy applicable to every hotel. And focus on the middle management too.

    Pros

There is no pros here. Only my collegues that i love so much and we support each other.

    Cons

There is no future here. We had to fill a satisfaction form for employees and they told us if we fill that everything is excellent we get something in return, they just mislead us. I mean you work for a company that does not value what you do for them. I have seen people worked about 12 to 18 hours a day and what really pissed me off is that they dont get paid the over time. The management use a system to give you (time back) if worked over time. There is no benefits here. We are just numbers. And i am supose to smile and say everytime that i am feeling excellent? Come on. And i dont care if they are reading this because im sick and tired of decisions that has been made from management, im just telling the truth. Most of the time there is no equipment to work with. Every single day we have to say to the guest we are out of something.
